A. Driver Information
If you register as a driver or fleet partner, we may collect:
- Full name, date of birth, gender, address
- Profile photograph and mobile number
- Government-issued identification documents (such as Aadhaar or equivalent where permitted by law)
- Proof of residence
- PAN or tax identifiers
- Bank account details for payouts
- Other KYC documents
- Driving licence and driving history
- Vehicle details, including: Make, model, color, registration number, Insurance documents, PUC certificate, Fuel type and vehicle category, Photographs of the vehicle (front and back)
- Location data while on duty
- Any documents required under applicable laws or regulations
Where legally permitted, Raptocab may also conduct background checks or criminal record verification through authorized third-party vendors.
We also collect:
- User-generated content (ratings, reviews, comments, uploaded media)
- Communications with Raptocab support (emails, chats, call recordings, attachments)
- Information submitted during promotions, referral programs, surveys, or contests
B. Passenger / User Information
For passengers or customers, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, email address
- Gender and profile/selfie photo
- Identity proof, if required

- Emergency contact details

2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use Raptocab, we may automatically collect:

Real-time GPS location when the app is active. Limited tracking after trip completion for safety and incident investigation. Collected based on app permissions and device settings.
Transaction Data
Ride history, fares, payment methods, incentives.
Communication Data
In-app calls or messages, OTP SMS records, Support interactions.
Usage Data
App interactions, pages viewed, error logs, Marketing attribution data.
Device Data
IP address, OS and version, Device model and brand, Browser type, Language preferences, Mobile network, Screen interactions and sensor signals.

With Other Users
Shared with Drivers:
- Passenger name and photo, Pickup/drop locations, Trip count and ratings, Contact details, Fare offer
Shared with Passengers:
- Driver name and photo, Vehicle information, Live location, Ratings and reviews, Contact number
Receipts may include trip origin/destination, fare breakdown, distance, driver details, and tax identifiers where required. Referral partners may see your name and trip count for eligibility verification.
With Service Providers
We may share data with vendors providing: Payment processing, Identity verification, Insurance, Hosting and storage, Messaging services, Fraud detection, Marketing campaigns, Customer support.
Independent Controllers
Some partners process data independently, such as: Mapping services (e.g., Google Maps), Social-media platforms. Their privacy policies apply to such processing.
Corporate Transactions
